4:1 workouts at Meade Field, from 4:15 - 5:15 pm. The signup spreadsheet is available for the players to fill out in the Links section of parentsquare. There are still a lot of spots open, so if you're not in a fall sport, I encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity.
